We provide all Contributors with a custom Profile page, featuring a demo reel, profile image, personal/company bio, featured galleries, and subject tags. In order for your Profile to go live and be visible to Clients, the Profile must contain at least a profile image and personal/company bio.
To update your Contributor Profile Page:
- Sign In to your Account.
- From the Welcome page or Accounts menu, click Edit Profile Page.
- Update all fields (If necessary, you can also update your account password from the Edit Profile Page). The only fields that will publicly display information on your Profile are:
- Company Name
- Biographical Info
- Upload a Profile Picture (personal photo or company logo) by clicking "Update Picture". Until a personal photo or company logo is uploaded, your Profile Page will display the default NatureFootage Contributor picture. Please note: if you have trouble importing your picture, the image size may be too large. The minimum recommended photo size for a profile picture is 188x188 pixels.
- Add a photo and/or a video banner by clicking "Upload New Banner & Video". Visit our Demo Reel help article for information on submitting a highlight reel of your footage or a banner image for your profile page.
- Once all fields have been filled out and you have uploaded a banner photo and/or video, click "Update Profile" at the bottom of the page.
- To view your updated Contributor Profile Page, click "View Profile Page" from the Accounts menu or the Welcome page.
- Your Contributor Profile Page can also be found by our Clients from the "Contribute" menu, by clicking on the link: Our Contributors. Your contributor profile URL will be listed alphabetically by your company name on our Contributor Listing.
- Once your Profile page has been completely updated, we recommend that you create backlinks to your Contributor Profile on NatureFootage. Please see the Contributor Backlinks help article for more information.
Please see the other help articles in our
Profile Guide for additional information on making updates to your Contributor Profile page.
