NatureFootage Shipping Instructions

Shipping Instructions

If you are shipping physical media to us, please Notify Contributor Support with details of your shipment and a tracking number. If you need your package returned (see below), please include your return shipping address. Please ensure that your files are ready for upload (i.e. trimmed and color-corrected if necessary); we recommend that you review our Video Quality and Specifications help article before sending your media.

We only accept hard drives or thumb drives, and no longer accept DVD/Blu-ray discsPlease note: your hard drive must be a FAT32 or Mac formatted drive.  Make sure that your drive and cables are labeled in such a way that they are easy to identify as yours.  NatureFootage no longer directly handles drives, so the process for return shipment is much easier when communicating with the team who does handle shipping if your belongings are clearly labeled.

Please do not use un-padded plastic envelopes as packaging for your drives.  Instead, please use a cardboard box when shipping hard drives, or a padded envelope when shipping thumb drives.  Using these types of packaging ensures that your drive(s) will be protected as they are shipped to our data center.  It also allows use to re-use this type of packaging for return shipment of your drive(s).

Submission Shipping Address (do NOT leave out the CID code):

  • You provide a return shipping label or a Fedex or USPS account number
  • Direct uploads to our server

If you require return shipping, and can not provide a return shipping label or shipping account number, we will deduct return shipping fees (direct costs) from future royalties.
